POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Lead holds a supervisory level position. Responsible in the daily operations of the HR Department. Assisting the HR Business Partners and HR Head, Maintenance of Records, and Employee movements and Performance Management. A large role for the HR Lead is an understanding and administration of all company Compensation & Benefits per employment status and level.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Assisting the HR Head in the cascade of the vision, mission and values of the company.
- Assisting the HR Head in Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible in maintaining employee movements in documentation and records including 201 files.
- Maintaining a record of manpower headcount.
- The HR Lead ensures that company complies with the government regulations and standards on employee benefits as well as local government regulations are followed.
- Advise and coach management regarding HR policies and programs on Compensation & Benefits.
- Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall Vision, Mission, & Goals.
- Supervise the Compensation and benefits Specialists in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department.
- Prepare & submit reports.
- Other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of any behavioral sciences course or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in human resources as a specialist or equivalent.With leadership and supervisory skillsCan supervise a team of AssociatesCan advise and coach employeesCan advise employees on compensation and benefit concernsAble to make accomplishment reportsCan start ASAP"12 months Project Based Contract"
