With at least 10 years of experience in General HR (Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Employee relations, Labor standards, employment policies)

With at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.

With strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

Knowledge of HR systems and databases
