Job descriptionOversee the project planning improvement and ensure that the daily basis operation requirement of the organization is achieve with standard process and procedure. Daily monitoring and report in Mechanical ,Technical and Installation of project activities in all department . Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Develop Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects development. Stamp and sign engineering documents and drawings as a licensed professional, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory standards. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project proposals Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Manage project resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Communicate project status, updates, and changes to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industryregulations. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned. Performs other tasks, duties and responsibilities required by the Top Management and Board of Director

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Enginering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- 3–5years of project management experience in manufacturing industry . Oleochemical industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in engineering software such as Auto CAD ,Civil 3Dand etc.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction standards, and site development
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale budgets.
- Familiarity with contract management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple departments or teams
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies .
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
