Job Summary :
As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to management, translating business objectives into HR solutions and ensuring alignment between people and performance
Key Responsibilities :
- Gain in-depth understanding of business strategy and identify team pain points (e.g., collaboration inefficiencies, talent gaps) through organizational diagnosis. Provide tailored HR solutions, establish early warning mechanisms, and proactively identify management issues through data analysis and employee feedback, driving timely resolution and preventing reactive firefighting.
- Drive the implementation of performance management to ensure effective goal setting, alignment, and execution, reducing cross-functional friction.
- Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within business units, ensuring a strong match between talent and business needs while maintaining high hiring standards. Optimize the team's talent structure and build a sustainable talent pipeline through talent reviews, high-potential employee development, and graduate hiring programs.
- Design and implement employee feedback mechanisms and career development paths to enhance team stability and sense of belonging.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields3+ years of HRBP experience, preferably with Chinese-funded enterprisesStrong recruitment background and experience in performance management or talent reviewSkilled in problem diagnosis and process improvement to enhance team efficiencyResilient, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to dynamic environmentsFamiliar with Philippine labor laws; proficient in English
