Field Technical Staff

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Technical Staff! If you thrive in a hands-on environment and are ready to put your technical knowledge to work on actual construction sites, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or an equivalent technical field.

Experience : At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the construction or design industry is required.

Technical Skills : Knowledgeable and proficient in conducting actual measurements and taking off quantities on a construction site. Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and technical drawings is a must.

Attributes : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work primarily on-site.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Technical Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of work on-site, including :

Performing precise measurements and quantity take-offs directly from the construction site.

Coordinating with site engineers, foremen, and project managers to ensure work adheres to plans and specifications.

Assisting in the inspection and verification of completed work to maintain quality standards.

Documenting site progress, changes, and measurement records.
