Merchants Acceptance Training Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Merchants Acceptance Training Specialist to lead and deliver impactful in-store and virtual training sessions for our valued merchant partners. This role plays a key part in promoting our product acceptance and enhancing merchant engagement across various branches and store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct instructor-led and virtual training for merchant staff, including store heads, branch managers, and cashier teams.

• Drive awareness and understanding of Pluxee product acceptance through campaigns, mystery shopper programs, memo validation, and distribution of training materials.

• Ensure each training batch achieves complete understanding and retention of acceptance procedures.

• Generate reports analyzing training effectiveness, participation, challenges, and distribution of materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in facilitation, training, or group presentations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
