ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our US-based Company by providing exceptional customer service, managing lead generation, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Generation :
- Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Proactively engage with leads through email, phone, and social media.
- Manage and nurture leads within our CRM system (ActiveCampaign, Go High Level).
- Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and creating proposals.
- Provide product and service information to prospects and clients.
- Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- CRM Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ActiveCampaign and Go High Level CRM system and ensuring they are accessible to the team members.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales processes and strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration :
- Effectively communicate with US-based colleagues and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Assists in facilitating conference calls, meetings and discussions with clients.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Ideal Profile
QUALIFICATIONS :
2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.1-2 years experience in using ActiveCampaign & Go High Level CRM.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional communication abilities, articulate and persuasive.Comfortable working in a virtual, online environment, PST time zone.Experience with integrating different platforms and tools.Familiarity with the real estate industry.Has a noise-canceling headset.Has a stable internet connection with a backup internet connection.DESIRED SKILLS :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent time management and organizational skills.A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.TOOLS / SYSTEMS / SOFTWARES :
