Provide regulatory acumen and sound legal advice on cases requiring coordination with government agencies such as DMW, POLO, DOLE, OWWA, and other related mandatory bodies.
Review accreditation documents and provide instructions, advice, and recommended actions to clients in coordination with the Marketing team and Management.
Ensure clients receive clear and straightforward guidance on the accreditation process.
Conduct periodic reviews or audits of internal operations to ensure compliance procedures are properly implemented.
Facilitate internal investigations of compliance issues and provide recommendations.
File compliance reports with regulatory agencies as required.
Oversee the updating of the OFW Welfare Monitoring System (OWMS).
Prepare precautionary measures, with due approval and coordination with Management, to ensure regulatory conformity and prevent operational losses from litigation or government fines.
Analyze issues and concerns to prevent legal cases.
Troubleshoot urgent compliance-related cases and propose immediate solutions.
Draft correspondence related to clients, candidates, and other relevant parties within the scope of pre-legal work.
Consult with corporate attorneys when necessary to resolve complex legal and compliance issues.
Handle workers’ complaints and propose solutions in coordination with Top Management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a legal-related course.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor relations and / or employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Background in an overseas recruitment agency is preferred but not required.
