Salary : 30,000 - 35,000

Required Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role (at least 5 years) in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
• Familiarity with SAP system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in production.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of production management software or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures.
