POSITION TITLE : Assistant Retail Store Manager

JOB SUMMARY :
We’re looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role supports the Store Manager in meeting business objectives, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding high standards in visual merchandising, inventory management, and team performance. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager will take full responsibility for store operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Lead and motivate the Retail Sales Team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely replenishment.
- Monitor daily store performance and prepare operational reports as needed.
- Ensure smooth execution of partner programs and promotional activities.
- Provide training, feedback, and guidance to store staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store supervision.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in premium FMCG or retail brands is an advantage.Proficient in inventory management and Microsoft Office applications.Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
