Job descriptionBachelor’s degree holder. At least 2 years of experience in Global Sourcing, Category Management, Contract Management, or Supplier Management. Background in procurement or supply chain consulting preferred. Experience working with US or international clients. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Location : Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
Work Setup : Hybrid | Night Shift | Weekends Off
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support sourcing activities (RFI / RFP) and category strategies.
- Conduct market research and supplier identification.
- Manage supplier performance and analyze sourcing data for improvement.
- Prepare executive reports, KPI summaries, and spend analyses.
- Support contract negotiation and strategic sourcing projects.
- Collaborate with global teams and category leads to align with priorities.
