Job Responsibilities : YouTube Ad Campaign Management : Focus on driving sales and brand awareness for skincare products. Responsible for optimizing campaigns to generate a high return on ad spend. Strategic Planning : Help develop and execute comprehensive YouTube advertising strategies aligned with company goals. Long-Term Growth : A key part of this role involves focusing on long-term business growth, improving ad performance, and scaling campaigns effectively. Data-Driven Decisions : Analyzing data from ads, conducting A / B testing, and optimizing for better performance. Collaboration : Work closely with other teams, including marketing and creative, to deliver impactful ads. Requirements : Experience : Proven track record with at least $1 million spent on YouTube ads for skincare brands or similar verticals. Strong experience with YouTube Ads management and optimization.
