This isn’t just a “launch and leave” media buying role — it’s for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands what makes ads convert, and knows how to scale smartly.

📊 Campaign Strategy & Planning
Build and manage multi-platform ad strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google.Define full-funnel campaign structures, targeting, budgets, and audience segmentation.Identify scalable opportunities and cut waste fast, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.⚙️ Execution & Optimization
Manage daily performance in Meta Business Suite , TikTok Ads Manager , and Google Ads .Monitor KPIs — ROAS, CAC, CPL, CVR, CTR — and adjust campaigns in real time.Ensure proper attribution and data tracking across pixels, CAPI, and GA4.🎨 Creative Coordination & Testing
Partner with our in-house designer to launch static and video creative variants .Share insights on top-performing ad angles, hooks, CTAs, and formats.Lead structured A / B testing cycles to continuously improve creative performance.📈 Reporting & Insights
Deliver weekly breakdowns by channel and product, highlighting key wins and learnings.Analyze data across campaigns to identify optimization and scaling opportunities.Communicate results and strategy adjustments clearly to the broader team.✅ Who You Are
3–5+ years of experience managing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads .Deep expertise in Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager — comfortable handling DTC & SaaS campaigns.Experience managing sub-$10K to $50K / month ad budgets and scaling effectively.Strong understanding of conversion metrics, attribution, and data-driven optimization .Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with performance tracking.Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Based in or available during Eastern Time (EST) hours.Bonus Points
