Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set sales goals and quotas, and manage sales budgets to achieve revenue targets.

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and productivity.
Performance Management :
Track sales performance analytics, analyze data to identify trends, and ensure sales representatives meet their goals.
Sales Pipeline & Client Relations :
Manage the sales pipeline, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Collaboration :
Prepare reports on sales activities and results, and collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to generate leads and support promotional campaigns.
