Job description
  • Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming Guest communications with a 5-minute response time or less
  • Handle all incoming Repair / maintenance calls and guest concerns by SOLVING the problem, keeping the guest informed during the process, and proactively communicating
  • Data entry for all things related to the role (we document everything)
  • Requirements
  • Must have Airbnb / VRBO or any property management experience (resolutions center, co-host, other property management, etc.)
  • Must have prior experience using IMO from the host side.
  • Meaning, that they've done Airbnb guest communications as a previous role ideally.

    • Property management experience is also highly preferred for dealing with hospitality-type guests
