Job Description

• Lead the development, maintenance, and dissemination of Enterprise Architecture catalogs, guardrails, and artifacts for assigned domains.
• Support the definition and implementation of technology roadmaps within respective domains.
• Identify and recommend technical capabilities required to meet new business requirements and demands.
• Provide technical expertise to solution architects, platform owners, and application owners during software and service development.
• Define and execute training plans for solution architects and architecture communities on methodologies and domain knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 15 years of experience in IT software / services definition, development, and management.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in major technology implementations.
• Banking or financial industry experience is a plus.
• Certification in Architecture Frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is an advantage but not required.
• Strong willingness to work on-site in Makati.
