Hvac Supervisor

The HVAC Supervisor is in charge of the following task :

• Planning
• Establishes preventive maintenance schedules based on the spare parts continuity
• Plans work schedules, spare parts, manpower requirements, and required tools for approved projects.
• Leading
• Conduct briefing and meetings with subordinates to assess the accomplishment of target work schedules / specific objectives.
• Assign specific objectives to subordinates and aligns them to the objective of the Engineering department.
• Supervises subordinates and ensures they are performing delegated tasks accordingly.
• Organizing
• Executes assigned tasks, and projects, and coordinates with other departments for support requirements.
• Delegates routine and repetitive tasks to subordinates.
• Controlling
• Ensures that approved work orders are served and accomplished within the target schedules.
• Evaluates the daily tasks accomplished by subordinates, and identify areas needing improvements.
• Ensures subordinates consistently follow sanitation and safety measures.
• Technical
• Prepares plans and cost estimates for approved projects in HVAC-related projects.
• Determines and recommends machines and / or spare parts modification that will bring savings and increase production efficiency.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after appropriate training has been given.
• Job Requirement
• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or any related course
• Registered Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or any related
• Knowledge in industrial plant and building facilities maintenance
• Knowledge in equipment automation
• Preferably knowledgeable and with a good understanding of the Food Safety Standards (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP), and Halal Assurance.
