Senior SEO Specialist – Service-Based Industries

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible within client business hours (10 AM–4 PM GMT)

Client Timezone : GMT (UK)

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

You’ll be the analytical backbone of SEO strategy for both the main consultancy and its diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into data to uncover optimization opportunities rather than creating content from scratch. You’ll work directly with an experienced team leader who values strategic thinking and will empower you to shape SEO approaches across multiple service-based businesses.

Responsibilities

Analyze Google Analytics data to identify traffic patterns and high-impact optimization opportunities.

Review existing blog content to determine top performers and guide data-driven content strategies.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize web pages for improved search visibility.

Set up and configure Google Analytics for new client accounts.

Evaluate email marketing performance metrics to inform broader marketing strategies.

Follow data insights across multiple channels to identify what’s driving results.

Optimize high-performing content to maximize ROI and visibility.

Perform SEO audits and analysis across multiple client websites in service-based industries.

Requirements

Proven SEO experience (intermediate to senior level).

Strong analytical skills and expertise in Google Analytics setup and interpretation.

Proficiency with keyword research tools and on-page optimization techniques.

Ability to work independently with clear communication during business hours.

Bonus : Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
