This is a remote position.
Schedule : 20 hours / week, Monday to Friday 4 hours per day, flexible within client business hours

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our online presence. This individual will be responsible for improving our search engine rankings, running targeted Google Ads campaigns, and analyzing data through Google Analytics to continuously enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
Research and identify high-impact keywords related to property management and real estate investment.
Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
Set up and analyze Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for ongoing reporting and insights.
Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with business goals and marketing initiatives.
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
Previous experience working with companies in Canada or the USA (property management or real estate industry experience is a strong asset).
Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console .
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and conversion tracking .
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
Experience with content strategy and local SEO (especially in the Ottawa market).
Familiarity with real estate or property management industry terminology.
Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics.
