Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; customer facing work experience is a plus. No prior customer service experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs. Proficiency with customer service tools and systems is a plus but not required. Your Day-to-Day :
