We’re on the hunt for a skilled Customer Support Representative who can confidently handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering top-notch service with a smile. You’ll be the first point of contact for diners, helping them reserve the perfect table, modify bookings, and ensure every detail is captured to perfection — all through our user-friendly online booking system.

Job Highlights :

Contract type : Independent Contractor
Schedule : Monday to Saturday 10 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM Melbourne, VIC Timezone (4 hours per day / 24 hours per week / 6 days per week).

Responsibilities

Answer high volumes of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner

Utilize an online booking system to make, modify, or cancel restaurant reservations per customer requests

Accurately capture special requirements or preferences related to table seating

Log any issues that require follow-up from the individual restaurant locations

Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

3+ years experience in customer service roles, preferably in the restaurant business or related

Must have excellent verbal communication abilities

Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes during peak periods

Basic computer proficiency to navigate booking software

Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong attention to detail in capturing reservation details
