Job Description

We’re offering a competitive salary of $6,500 to $8,000 a month for our next Personal Trainer!

Your role is to help our customers reach their fitness goals through personalized exercise planning, coaching, motivation, and promotion of our wellness products & services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Fitness assessment and consultation to identify the best training plan for each client
• Design and implement personalized, progressive exercise plans that are tailored to the client’s needs, preferences & Abilities.
• Demonstrate and teach proper exercise techniques & equipment use.
• Monitor customer progress and give feedback and encouragement.
• Adjust training plans as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and results.
• Educate clients on health & nutrition and lifestyle habits.
• Maintain records of client sessions, payments, and feedback.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, research, and best practices.
• Enforce all company policies & procedures and comply with safety & hygiene standards.
• Inspire and motivate customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR and AED certification
• Have at least two years as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire customers of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
• Proficient in using fitness equipment and software
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about fitness and wellness
