Our client is a leading international online retailer with a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. They operate under multiple renowned brands, offering customers access to premium products at discounted prices.
They are now seeking a detail-oriented Buying Assistant to support their online retail business by creating and optimising product listings.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry tasks related to product listings and inventory management.
- Create new product listings and optimise existing ones based on provided content guidelines.
- Write and enhance product titles, descriptions, and categorisation.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality product images, barcodes, and size charts (where applicable).
- Source missing product information from external websites, including Australian marketplaces and brand websites.
- Implement HTML formatting in product descriptions for enhanced presentation.
- Maintain and update product listings across various eCommerce platforms.
Requirements
Experience in eCommerce product content creation and online marketplaces.Expertise in MS Excel or Google Sheet, particularly with VLookUp function.Strong written English skills and attention to detail.Ability to research and source missing product information from online sources.Prior experience with marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon, and etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with HTML formatting for product descriptions.Ability to follow structured content guidelines and meet deadlines.Technical Requirements :
