We are hiring aCustomer Service Representativeto join our Financial team.

Our Customer Service Representatives is an integral role in the operations of our Manila Office.

The details.

• Day-to-day responsibilities

Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses

Process disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelines

Correspond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases

Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacks

Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests

Perform other duties as assigned by Department Management.

With at least 1 year BPO Experience and 6 months financial background (have worked with a banking institution or program, credit card disputes, debit card disputes, financial technology,mobile banking, digital banking, etc.)

Average English communication skills

Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig

Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
