Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of multimedia designers; manage workflows, SOPs, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient creative operations.
- Creative Strategy : Direct creative concepts and multimedia campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives; translate briefs and market insights into impactful visual solutions.
- Creative Direction : Oversee design, illustration, editing, and animation work; review and approve outputs to maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Software Expertise : Utilize and promote proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools to enhance creative production.
- Client Engagement : Lead creative pitches and presentations; communicate design rationale and deliver business-aligned creative concepts.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on design, marketing, and digital trends; foster team growth through training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design, with proven team management experience.Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is non-negotiable. Knowledge in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva is a big plus.Proven experience in multimedia design, with demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia content across various platforms and mediums.Knowledgeable in digital marketing, advertising, creative, and technology industries is preferred.Proficient in Google Suite softwares, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.Highly organized and can utilize digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
