JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare monthly operation and business review reports. Achieve 100% monthly sales targets. Conduct regular Merchandiser’s Meetings. Track competitor activities and establish Bellwether Accounts. Assist in new product launches and ensure stock replenishment. Monitor inventory, correct discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports. Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address AR issues. Implement FIFO, check account portal for stock availability. Verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns. JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant field Proven work experience as Distributor Specialist or Key Account Specialist An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Solid customer service attitude Experience in ISO Certified Company Availability to travel as needed.
