What Is the 2-Year Residency Program?

This is a scholarship-based, full-time developer training program designed to turn aspiring programmers into elite Full Stack Developers within two years.

Whether you’re a fresh graduate, career shifter, or self-taught coder, this program gives you the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

You’ll :

Work directly with Senior Developers

Gain hands-on experience through live projects

Build a world-class portfolio

Receive a monthly allowance while training

Graduate ready to compete among the top 1% of global developers

What You’ll Do :

Participate in intensive coding bootcamp-style training

Contribute to real, production-level projects

Collaborate remotely with mentors and teammates

Receive structured feedback and performance evaluations

Learn both front-end and back-end development technologies

Qualifications :

We don’t care where you learned to code — we care how well you can.

Must-Haves :

Basic knowledge of at least one programming language

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Self-discipline and eagerness to learn

Good English communication skills

Reliable internet connection (with backup)

Commitment to a full-time, 2-year remote program

Availability during US business hours (8 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM PH time)

Nice-to-Haves (but not required) :

Coding bootcamp or self-taught learning experience

GitHub profile or sample code

Familiarity with databases, APIs, or Git

Experience with mobile or JavaScript frameworks
