Broker Support Officer Australian Mortgage Broking Firm Summary : This role involves proactively supporting our client’s Brokers, helping to ensure that applications are submitted and processed efficiently, and that customers are provided with a first-class service experience.

Responsibilities : Application Support :
- Complete data entry of applications and customer information.
- Check mortgage applications and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with verifying details such as income, employment history, identification, and supporting documents.
- Help with ensuring that applications meet eligibility and compliance requirements before submitting to lenders.
- Organise property valuations using the CoreLogic platform.
Communication :
Liaise with loan officers, applicants, and third-party vendors to gather information and resolve discrepancies.Provide clear and timely updates on application status and credit assessment to all relevant parties.Documentation Management :
Organize and manage all required documents for mortgage applications.Customer Sales and Service :
Handle phone calls and emails with utmost professionalism and efficiency.Build trust and customer satisfaction by providing a first-class service experience.Support customers through the application process and document requirements.Ensure Lender pricing requests are handled efficiently.Respond promptly to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.Proactively support internal mortgage brokers and other team members.Qualifications and Experience :A minimum of 12 months experience in the Australian mortgage industry, preferably in a broker support role.Confident spoken and written English.Accurate typing / data entry / keyboard skills.Good MS Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel.Positive mindset and “can-do” approach.Preferred :
Experience in Australian banking / financial services.Experience using CRM platforms, especially Infynity.Knowledge of property platforms, especially CoreLogic.An understanding of pricing requests and mortgage lender policies.We’re offering :
