JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
• listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport
• clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
• maintain basic knowledge of client products and / or services

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL ATTAINMENT

NOTE : For applicants falling under the K-12 curriculum, you must be graduates of Senior High School because Junior HS graduates will strictly not be accepted. However, for applicants under the old (before K-12) curriculum, HS graduates are welcome to apply.
