Senior Tax Manager (CPA) – Corporate, Partnership & International Taxation

Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team, working fully remotely with a flexible schedule. This is your chance to leverage your deep tax knowledge while enjoying the independence and work-life balance of a permanent remote role.

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare and review C Corporation (1120), S Corporation (1120S) (including consolidated and multi-state filings) and Partnership (1065) tax returns with precision and expertise.
• Provide proactive tax-saving advice, strategic structuring, and ensure compliance that keeps clients ahead of the curve.
• Manage complex international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8865, 8886, FBAR (FinCEN 114), Subpart F income, and GILTI.
• Conduct detailed tax research to uncover opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize Drake Tax Software to prepare and e-file returns efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, problem-solving, and trusted guidance.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving U.S. tax laws affecting corporations and international reporting.

Requirements

Active CPA license required. 15+ years of experience in tax compliance and advisory for business entities. Proficiency with Drake Tax Software. Expertise in C Corp, S Corp, and Partnership taxation. Advanced knowledge of international tax compliance. Exceptional research, problem-solving, and client communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
