JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Document Tracking System – Track/account all incoming and outgoing documents (encoding and uploading);

2. Maintenance and safekeeping – Filling of documents according to Files Classification Guide of the Department;

3. Assist in preparation of valueless document;

4. Monitoring of 8888/CSC CCB Complaint;

5. Monitoring of FOI Compliance on all types of media and communication form;

6. Answering telephone inquiry and endorsing to focal person;

7. Monitoring and assisting audit records corrective action report by AS-RAMD;

8. Administrative support to SWIDB Activity; and

9. Perform other related task assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Outputs:

Under general supervision of the Director III, serves as Records Management Officer, Record incoming and outgoing documents, Bureau’s email administrator and draft simple memoranda.
