Job Description

As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will :

Assist customers through calls, chats, or emails.

Handle account inquiries, billing support, product questions, and basic troubleshooting.

Provide accurate information while delivering professional and friendly service.

Follow company standards, compliance requirements, and quality processes.

Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary.

This position is designed for both first-timers and those with BPO experience who want to build a solid career in customer service.

At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
