Senior Financial Analyst (M&A / PE / VC)

We’re helping an investment and advisory firm find a Senior Financial Analyst (M&A / PE / VC) to support financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and client presentations.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects while developing commercial insights that influence high-level decision-making.

The role is designed for growth, with the potential to evolve into a more senior position over time.

Part-Time : ~20 hours / week  Schedule : CET working hours  Location : Fully Remote Engagement : Independent Contractor Monthly Rate :   Open, depending on level of experience What You’ll Do Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment and strategic projects Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpreting complex data into actionable insights Prepare detailed spreadsheets, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports Create high-quality client presentations in PowerPoint to communicate strategies and recommendations Support financial reporting and internal documentation Collaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions Apply a basic legal understanding of corporate and international structures in analyses Partner closely with the CEO to provide commercial insights and strategic input What We’re Looking For Degree / Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Venture Capital Advanced proficiency in financial modeling Strong grasp of accounting principles, balance sheets, and P&L statements Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting Commercially minded with strong business acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable with the highest integrity Nice-to-Haves Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior executives Exposure to international business structures and cross-border finance Familiarity with financial due diligence processes Recruitment Process Initial Interview Client Interview Offer & Onboarding Powered by JazzHR
