Silk Screen Operator

Responsible for operating the folder machinery to give desired shape and design to the printed paper. Adjust air blasts on feeder to regulate amount of air separating sheets of paper to provide continuous flow of paper through machine.

Maintain compliance with the set quality standards.

Sort out the articles not meeting the quality criteria and make replacements.

Performs 7’S in the work area and ensure that all fire extinguishers are free from any obstruction.

Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the folder machinery by performing cleaning, lubricating, repairing and maintenance function regularly.

Read job orders to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced and the materials needed.
