We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to work alongside our US-based
Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse
channels.
Responsibilities :
- Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
- Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
- Send email communication to vendors as needed.
- Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed.
- Automotive interest or knowledge is plus.
- You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product.
We are a technology-focused team and our processes run through cloud-based applications and are fully
accessible through remote access.

The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audiocapability.High-speed internet connection.Location : Remote
Shift Timing : Monday – Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM EST
