Job Description

Architectural Strategy and Vision

Lead the development of a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap.

Define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles.

Act as the "CEO" of the Common Domain, identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support other business domains.

Ensure architectural decisions align with broader enterprise and technology goals.

Technology Leadership

Make high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence.

Govern and oversee architecture review processes and lifecycle standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams.

Translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions.

Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development

Mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth.

Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Align team resources with organizational priorities and key projects.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.

Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.

Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS / GCP a plus).

TOGAF or similar certification preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
