Senior Accountant (47743) - FPIP, Tanauan Batangas

Required Experience :

・Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.

・Minimum 5 years of solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

・Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

・Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

・With SAP or other ERP system experience.

・Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

・Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.

・Knowledge in ISO / EMS / OHSAS documentation and internal controls.

・Good planning, leadership, and organizational skills.

・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

General, Financial, and Management Reporting

・Review journal vouchers and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

・Validate consolidation and SAP-based internal financial reports.

・Prepare and analyze internal financial statements (PL / BS / CF).

・Contribute accounting data for Top Management financial highlights reporting.

Treasury and Cash Management

・Review weekly cash position reports, fund conversion, and placements.

・Validate check vouchers, payment summaries, and bank advices.

・Oversee bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.

・Prepare monthly currency analysis reports.

Accounts Payable Management

・Review and validate accounts payable vouchers.

Budgeting & Forecasting

・Prepare quarterly cash flow budgets.

・Support variance analysis and forecasting activities.

ISO / EMS / OHSAS & Compliance

・Update procedure manuals and documentation.

・Support quarterly JSOX reporting and internal control compliance.

Other Tasks

・Participate in 5S and departmental initiatives.

・Maintain organized filing of accounting documents.
