CPA Accountant (47527) - FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas

Salary : 45,000 - 65,000

Schedule : 7 AM - 4 PM, With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

Familiar with Manufacturing set-up

With experience in handling people is highly preferred.

Job Description :

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and financial reporting.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closings.

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes specific to a manufacturing setup.

Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed.
