Job description

SukigrocerMNL is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Intern to support our e-commerce and marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing online product listings, assisting with marketing campaigns, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in the world of e-commerce and digital retail.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Listings Support

  • Assist in updating product information (descriptions, prices, images) on online platforms
  • Help ensure product listings are accurate and properly categorized
  • Support uploading of new products and updating inventory details

Campaign Assistance

  • Support the e-commerce team in setting up online sales and promotions
  • Help upload promotional banners and images to the platform
  • Coordinate with team members to gather campaign-related assets

    • Platform Monitoring

  • Help check product availability and monitor inventory changes
  • Assist in identifying and reporting listing or pricing issues
  • Participate in routine content reviews for accuracy and completeness

    • General Admin Tasks

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, basic reporting, and file organization
  • Assist with tracking orders, returns, and customer service follow-ups
  • Help with other tasks or small projects as assigned by the Marketplace Manager

    • Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or any Business related field
  • Willing to report in Paseo de Roxas, Makati
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Interest in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

    • Bonus if you have (but not required) :

  • Experience using online selling platforms or social media for selling
  • Basic understanding of product listings or digital marketing
