Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead   with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on across the full stack, experienced with

Node.js   and

React , and capable of mentoring junior developers while maintaining high technical standards. Some experience with AWS or DevOps is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using

Node.js   and

React   (or similar modern frameworks).

Node.js   and at least one additional backend language such as

Python ,

Java , or

Go .

code reviews , define and enforce

coding standards , and promote best practices for maintainability, performance, and security.

DevOps-related tasks   in

AWS , such as CI / CD setup, monitoring, and deployment automation.

Requirements

Qualifications

Node.js   and

React   (or comparable frameworks).

technical leadership , including code reviews and mentoring.

Good English communication skills , both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

AWS services   (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.).

DevOps , containerization (

Docker ), or CI / CD pipelines.

TypeScript ,

Next.js , or

GraphQL .

Agile / Scrum   environments.
