Participate in backlog refinement sessions, providing valuable developer insights and contributing to solution design.
Join sprint planning to ensure balanced workload and effective time management.
Develop and implement technology solutions with simplified business logic to enhance customer experience.
Conduct seasonal research, innovation sprints, and R&D initiatives to continuously upgrade technical skills.
Collaborate with program and project management teams, providing clear updates on development timelines.
Maintain the Payment Services ecosystem by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs and errors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software Developer.
Back-End : 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Front-End : 2–3 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2–3 years of development experience with Node.js and React.js.
Strong coding skills; candidates must pass a coding exam at the client’s end.
Experience in deployment and management using Kubernetes.
Familiarity with architectural and integration patterns (Pub / Sub, Queues, Databases, APIs).
Exposure to API design and UI / UX development.
Ability to clearly communicate design pros and cons to stakeholders.
Strong decision-making skills backed by data.
Focused on code quality, testing, and delivering efficient, maintainable solutions.
Preferred / Added Advantage :
Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of microservices architecture or distributed systems.
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, RHOCP).
Experience with serverless architectures.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
