Power BI & Data Integration Developer

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate, reliable data flow from Karbon, Ignition, and XPM into Airtable.
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards, embedded in SharePoint, for ELT and team-level reporting.
• Establish and document standardised KPIs, definitions, and refresh cadences to ensure strong data trust across the organisation.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for integrations, models, and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable, visual insights.
• Monitor pipeline and dashboard performance, ensuring ≥95% scheduled refresh reliability.
• Continuously refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback, focusing on speed, clarity, and usability.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience working in a data analytics or business intelligence role. Strong expertise in Power BI – including dashboards, reports, DAX, Power Query, and visual storytelling. Proven experience using Power BI Dataflows and understanding data model design principles. Experience in connecting and working with multiple data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, APIs). Solid understanding of relational databases and data transformation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
