Overview
He / She will build a unified BI structure that empowers decision-making across acquisition, CRM, product, payments, and risk teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with iGaming data pipelines, understands both player-level and operational metrics, and can shape data into actionable insights for real-time and long-term performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of real-time dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and self-serve analytics tools.
- Define and build KPI frameworks across departments (e.g. FTDs, ARPU, GGR, churn, bonus abuse, NGR, player segmentation).
- Partner with Product, CRM, Acquisition, Payments, and Risk to surface insights and develop predictive models.
- Manage and mentor a lean team of data analysts, engineers, and reporting specialists.
- Drive the integration and transformation of data from multiple platforms (e.g., game providers, PSPs, CRM systems, affiliate networks).
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and governance, especially in alignment with regulator’s compliance and internal audit standards.
- Design scalable data models to support evolving needs such as VIP scoring, fraud alerts, attribution tracking, and LTV modeling.
- Work closely with tech teams to ensure proper data collection architecture is in place across all products and platforms.
- Act as the internal data evangelist, educating stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage data in day-to-day decisions.
Qualifications
With 7+ years of BI, data analytics, or data engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or head role.Proven success in building BI systems for online gambling operators (B2C or B2B) with high transaction volume.Hands-on experience with data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Strong SQL proficiency; bonus for Python or other scripting languages used in data workflows.Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs, player lifecycle data, marketing attribution, and operational reporting.Experience designing dashboards for non-technical stakeholders—CMOs, CFOs, Country Managers, etc.Comfortable with ETL / ELT architecture, API data extraction, and third-party integrations.Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders. Experience building BI functions during platform migrations or when moving from third party providers to in-house solutions.Knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to iGaming in Asia and Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
