Job descriptionAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, functions, shortcuts) At least 1 year experience in data analysis or report generation Good English communication skills Detail-oriented with minimal supervision required Graduate of any Business or IT-related course Willing to work graveyard or shifting schedules during peak seasons Willingness to relocate if living outside Cebu City, Talisay, Mandaue, or Baybay City, Leyte Available to start as soon as possible
WORK ARRANGEMENT : Full Onsite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze data from various sources using Microsoft Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
- Create numerical or graphical reports for management and team use
- Gather and collate data from different platforms and formats
- Create product listings on Amazon and Shopify
- Audit listings before upload and perform spot checks
- Identify discrepancies, find root causes, and present findings to management
- Recommend process improvements to optimize team operations
