Program Manager

Summary

The Program Manager will play a critical role in orchestrating and driving the client’s decentralization program. You will be responsible for ensuring that the program is strategically aligned with organizational goals, successfully executed, and that potential risks are proactively mitigated at the program level. Your role will encompass the implementation, management of infrastructure, setup of cloud and telephony systems, with a focus on business continuity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the decentralization program, ensuring its alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of infrastructure, cloud setup, and telephony systems.
  • Establish and manage multiple data centers and data sites, focusing on business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks at the program level.
  • Ensure the program is delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Act as the central point of contact for program-related matters, reporting to executive management.

    • Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred, but NOT required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT program and project management.
  • Proven leadership in the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Cisco certification or extensive experience in Cisco technologies is a significant asset.
  • Experience in IT service management (ITIL) preferred.
