About the Role :
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor (CPA preferred) to perform general accounting functions, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Tuguegarao.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform general accounting functions including :
- Recording of AP invoices and payments
- Recording of sales entries
- Recording of journal entries and month-end entries
- Validation of cash deposits from bank
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
- Prepare / review weekly and month-end accounting reports
- Prepare / review financial statements and reports according to schedule
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Complete special projects as necessary
