Job descriptionStrong understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements. Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering of our employees Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition Programs Proficiency in payroll software (SPROUT) Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years general experience
