Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone calls, emails and assisting marketing with outreach campaigns2. Direct sales to new and existing Salary.com clients globally3. Drive participation in company's benefits, practices and total rewards surveys4. Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools5. Design and execute territory specific plans and forecasts6. Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing trainingRequirements1. Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)2. 1-3 years of compensation, HR, sales or business development experience3. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment4. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Linkedin and other sales prospecting tools5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills6. Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team7. Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization8. Aggressive, motivated and customer-oriented9. Confident negotiator who can interface with prospects up through the C-suite across diverse company types and multiple industry verticals10. Continuously strive to learn survey processes and the full portfolio of products and services offered11. Human Resources related experience, products, services and / or prior survey knowledge a plus
