The role is responsible for overseeing in-store marketing materialsfrom design and deployment to upkeepwhile ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and company policies. It involves close collaboration with frontliners, suppliers, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance customer experience through engaging and visually appealing stores and point-of-sale touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the development of plans for in-store marketing materials in line with overall marketing strategy and major campaigns.
Partner with cross-functional teams (category management, creatives, frontlines, and other team members) to design strategies that strengthen customer engagement through retail merchandising.
Manage the production and rollout of in-store marketing materials, including signage and displays, in coordination with frontliners and agencies.
Oversee timely delivery and inventory levels of marketing assets, working closely with suppliers as required.
Conduct audits to ensure all materials meet brand standards and company guidelines.
Evaluate the performance of in-store campaigns, provide recommendations for improvements, and prepare reports for senior management.
Train frontliners on proper installation and upkeep of marketing materials.
Administer the budget for in-store marketing activities.
Track industry trends and competitor initiatives to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
