Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, managing the entire sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both commercial and industrial sectors.
- Negotiate and close sales deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and lighting demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
